วง Blind Guardian เป็นวงดนตรีประเภท Speed/Power Metal จากประเทศเยอรมันนี ประกอบไปด้วยสมาชิก 4 คน คือ Hansi Kürsch (ร้องนำ,เบส) ,André Olbrich (กีต้าร์ลีด) ,Marcus Siepen (กีต้าร์ริทึม) ,Frederik Ehmke (กลอง) พวกเขาเริ่มตั้งวงกันเมื่อปี 1984 จนปัจจุบันมีอัลบั้มออกมาแล้วนับสิบอัลบั้ม ปัจจุบัน(2010) ได้ออกอัลบั้มล่าสุด At the Edge of Time เนื้อหาบทเพลงของพวกเขาออกแนวแฟนตาซี กล่าวถึงตำนาน การต่อสู้ อัศวิน มังกร ฯลฯ ซึ่งเนื้อหาทั้งหมดได้สื่อออกมาทางปกอัลบั้มของแต่ละชุดอย่างอลังการ
